The Firs Discipleship Program, in partnership with our flagship ministries, offers young adults aged 18-24 the opportunity to develop a radically rooted faith built on the truths found in Scripture.
We are a 12-month leadership development adventure for adults ages 18-24. You will receive next-level academics with real-world training to help you become a lifelong learner. Our program is designed to prepare you for what lies ahead.
Live and serve at camp in a community created for you to know God more, understand how He has designed you, and how to move forward in life. The LID program is an intensive experience-based program that invites young adults to live and serve onsite at Arrowhead Bible Camp year-round. During their time in the program, LID staff develop a 1 to 3 year life plan. Using our Shepherds Camp programming and through intensive discipleship, leadership training, and personal & professional development.
Touch the World’s Missions & Discipleship Year Program is a unique alternative school-year for students to explore identity, belonging, and purpose while earning college credit.

Dive deeper into your faith with nine months of learning and three months of hands-on ministry! Students will each have a unique placement within a church or ministry in our community. Twice per month they will serve and meet with a leader of this ministry. This will provide another way of shaping students and a practical place to apply their skills. Not only will this allow for another mentor to invest and speak into their lives.
Waypoint is a year-long enrichment program for young adults ages 17-22. Participants study God’s word and serve in various areas of the conference.
The Ascent Gap Year Internship provides High School graduates with a short-term, full-time, ministry experience. Students are equipped both personally and professionally in character based servant leadership.
